An experienced communications expert, both in print and digital, Chris has been working in sport since 2001. After four years working in football at club level, he set up his first business in 2005 and has been navigating the constantly evolving landscape to deliver results for clients in the UK, Australia and North America ever since. During that time he has helped activate sport sponsorships with a variety of brands, either directly or on behalf of national governing bodies and organisations.

In addition, he is the managing editor for a variety of high-profile publications in football, rugby union and rugby league, and managing director of Final Third Sports Media – who specialise in delivering engagement through captivating content for websites and social media in the sports and leisure industry.

Chris was once the youngest director of a football club in England at Corby Town and has also been chairman of Stamford Association Football Club. He is also a director of an international football academy, which has bases in England and India, and a community-focused sports club.

Through all these experiences, Chris has a gained a unique and thorough knowledge of the sponsorship industry from grassroots up to an elite level, and has a solid understanding of all the ingredients required to ensure a well-executed sponsorship partnership benefits all parties.
